As a Client Relationship Manager, Jan Robillard is passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring service expectations are exceeded. She is responsible for onboarding and serves as a point of contact for our clients. Jan acts as a liaison between the custodian and our clients to ensure a seamless experience.

Jan joins Live Oak Private Wealth with over 17 years of financial and client services experience. She joined Jolley Asset Management in 2015 and previously worked for Fidelity Investments. During her career at Fidelity, she acquired her Series 6, 63 and 26. Jan graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina Wesleyan with a B.S in Business Administration. Jan is an active member at Lakeside Baptist Church in Rocky Mount.
